Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, but only if the item you received is not as described (e.g. wrong product, color, or missing parts).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • A clear photo of the issue must be provided when you reach out.

If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.


Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send you a free replacement.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.

  • Include photos of the damage for verification.

  • Once approved, we’ll ship a replacement at no additional cost.
